What’s On Your Mind?
Philippians 4:8-AMP.
For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them].
Passion – 8 So keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always.
The object is not retreat in an evil world, but soundness of thought/ mind in it.
1. WE MUST LEARN TO BRING OUR THOUGHTS CAPTIVE TO THE WORD OF GOD.
